Bitget has released its 45th consecutive monthly Proof-of-Reserves (PoR) report, reporting a 122% reserve ratio across the crypto assets held on its platform.
The figure indicates that Bitget’s reported reserves exceed the corresponding user liabilities, providing users with greater visibility into the assets backing their holdings on the exchange.
The latest report comes as transparency and proof of asset backing remain key issues for cryptocurrency exchanges following several high-profile failures in the industry. Bitget has continued its monthly PoR disclosures as part of its efforts to provide users with regular updates on the state of its reserves.
The exchange’s 45-month reporting streak also highlights its ongoing approach to publishing reserve data rather than relying solely on occasional disclosures. While Proof-of-Reserves provides transparency into on-chain assets and reported liabilities, it is distinct from a comprehensive financial audit.
