Acer Packs Intel Arc G3 Into a Smaller Predator Atlas 7 Gaming Handheld

Acer has unveiled the Predator Atlas 7, a compact Windows gaming handheld that packs Intel’s new Arc G3 graphics into a smaller 7-inch form factor.

The device was showcased at IFA 2026 and is designed to deliver high-end PC gaming performance without the larger footprint of some competing handhelds. It features a 7-inch Full HD display with a 120Hz refresh rate and Variable Refresh Rate support.

Up to 24GB RAM and 1TB Storage

The Atlas 7 can be configured with Intel Arc G3 or the more powerful Arc G3 Extreme platform, with graphics options reaching Arc B390. Acer is offering up to 24GB of LPDDR5X memory and 1TB of PCIe Gen 4 storage.

The handheld also includes two Thunderbolt 4 ports, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4 and a microSD card slot.

Smaller Size, Big Battery

Despite its smaller screen, Acer has managed to fit an 80Wh battery into some Atlas 7 configurations. The larger-battery models weigh under 750 grams, while versions with a 60Wh battery come in below 700 grams.

Acer is also using a dual-fan cooling system, including its Predator AeroBlade metal fan, to manage heat during gaming.

The Predator Atlas 7 is expected to launch in North America in the fourth quarter of 2026, with EMEA availability starting in November. Acer has not yet announced pricing.
